Really enjoyed this restaurant. I was looking for a healthy ish dog friendly restaurant and stumbled upon Publico. The food the service the drinks it was all great. The dog menu was definitely a special touch I was not expecting. I got the Cuban nachos with baked cod on top and it was some of the best food I have had in a really long time.

Fun little spot for informal lunch or dinner. The service wasn't great and the wait time for food was kind of long although they weren't super busy. Tried the loaded fries which were good but smaller than I thought they would be so I tried the fried avocado tacos. Overall dishes looked good and were fresh. Wouldn't mind coming here again. Vegetarian options: Have both vegetarian and vegan options but you have to ask the waitstaff. Only one or two items clearly marked.

The tacos are good! So are the plantains. It's a super packed place, but it's probably because we went on Monday, which is when they serve their tacos at a discount. We were able to get a table in the back closer to the restrooms where it didn't feel as crazy. And our waitress came by with a mason jar of ice cream to wish me a happy birthday! A total surprise that was really sweet, especially on a busy night. The staff were accommodating and didn't rush us, and the owner came by to check on us at one point too. I'll definitely be back -- just probably not on Taco Monday.
